Proud to be one of the first Vietnamese Insurance Office in Vancouver, Vina Insurance has always maintained the same operating hours, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our office is open 7 days/week except Statutory Holidays. Our hours of operation are:

Monday - Friday: 9AM – 7PM

Saturday: 10AM – 6PM

Sunday: 11AM – 5PM.

At Vina, we have a spacious area with 6 counters to serve customers but also keeping the social distancing laws in mind. Vina Insurance can serve customers simultaneously to ensure that clients don’t have to wait for a long time. After each client’s visit, we always sanitize the counters, chairs and doors right away. Not only that, most of our services can also be done online through phone or email, even ICBC’s insurance, Homeowners Insurance and Travel Insurance.
